Breakfast and lunch have been top notch for the past 7+ years. Cafe combo has been my go to for breakfast. Build my own burger with chips for lunch. The consistency with quality of my orders and service provided have been the reason I keep coming back. The place has a great feel and I enjoy sitting at the bar. Very family friend, which I do appreciate.
Good food at reasonable prices for the area it was in. It came out in a timely manner and was hot with generous portions. The Reuben is huge! The chicken strips were a bit dry but were well-seasoned and still good. It's fairly quiet inside as well and they don't play music (from what I could tell), so it's a bit echo-y. We had two waitresses during our visit. The second one was kind, attentive, and helpful. The first, who seated us and took our drink order, barely spoke to us at all and was not very nice when she did. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I got the vibe that she thought we weren't the kind of patrons that belonged there. Oh well! We didn't have to deal with her for long. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place! We'll be back next time we're in the area!
Food was great, price was decent, the service was very kind. We sat outside and the porch feel was so comforting! We will be back.

Love this place! Dinner was amazing so we went back again for breakfast! I ordered the grilled catfish plate and would definitely order it again! Lots of flavor & the coleslaw adds a nice fresh touch. Our server Kristy was so friendly and helpful. She brought a great warmth to the restaurant and made sure everything came out perfectly for us.
If you enjoy good service and great food visit Harbor View Cafe. The Apple, caramel pancake is dessert for breakfast, the breakfast burrito with pepper Jack cheese will melt in your mouth. The iced tea was perfect and the home fries crispy .

Harbor View is the perfect dinner spot for my fam when we need a good meal. We get different apps but always get the crab claws when available! The bang bang shrimp is my fav as a meal, and my hubby gets one of the phillies!
Harbor View is always great! Service is timely and staff members are friendly. They have many different selections and have a great location right by the beach on HWY 90. Every food item i've gotten here has been good. Don't forget all of the dessert options! I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
